Hi there!
My name is Jenna, and I’m the creator of Ernest Bakery. From a young age (thanks to the help of my mom), I discovered a passion for baking, cooking, and simply spending time creating in the kitchen. Shortly after this, my creative outlet became cake decorating. I decided to create Ernest Bakery (an ode to my family, named after my late grandfather, Ernie) as a way to share my love for baking with others (as there is truly only so much cake one can force her partner to eat on a weekly basis).
I recently began developing recipes, and wanted a way to share them with the world. I started on social media, and finally felt brave enough to step into unfamiliar territory and create this blog. I’m excited to share with others, hear feedback, and hopefully meet some friends along the way!
